You don't need to have all the answers — that's what I'm here for. But a little information up front helps me give you a useful reply straight away.

  • What you're exporting A short description of the product, software or technology — a datasheet is ideal if you have one.
  • Where it's going The destination country, and who the customer and end user are, if you know.
  • Your timescales Whether there's an order, a shipment or an audit date you're working towards.
  • What you'd like help with A specific question, a licence application, a review — or simply "we're not sure".
